"The location could not be beat! You are right on Main St in Chatham. We really appreciated the free parking, while tourists were fighting for spots on the street. Breakfast was VERY nice. Especially considering what you normally get for free at a hotel. My only small complaint was the bathroom. There was some peeling paint on the ceiling. The tub floor felt squishy when you stepped on it, implying either improper installation or rot underneath. Otherwise, it was clean and very functional. I...
