"Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location and our view from the room. Excellent. I will say the wait for the elevator was a bit much. Maybe some of the elevators were down I’m not sure that would be the only downfall."

"This resort has everything in and around the boardwalk. Restaurants are awesome. Rooms are clean and the hot water in the shower is great! Elevators work quickly."

"The checked with my son that is 14 and the room smelled like marijuana and when I went all the way back down to the front desk. They stated they would have someone come in a spray and vacuum. Furthermore, they sprayed this horrible cinnamon spray which made it worse. Then I tried to take a hot shower and the water was coming out Luke warm. I had to call the front desk again and the serviceman came to the room and told me to let it run with the sick on as well until it gets hotter."

"Even though it was a rainy weekend the management did give me a discount on parking. Except for some areas not cleaned well it was a very good stay. I will definitely be back to swim in the pool!"

"When I checked in I had to ask about breakfast that I added when I did the reservations. The room was clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast and found out they were closed on Tuesdays. Very disappointing. When I checked in I should have been told about the breakfast. Now an adjustment has to be done which is a inconvenience plus we had to figure something else for breakfast."

"The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

"Confusing with elevator with lobby versus parking garage . Loved that you could move from Claridge to Bally , Wild Wold West and Caesars. Especially since it was rainy weekend . Check in was early and staff very helpful. Rooms satisfactory . Very convenient if you are attending an event at the boardwalk hall."

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "
