I did not like the way the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as water was able to be splashed everywhere. The lighting could have been better. The pool was inviting and we used it twice. "I had a beautiful room that opened up to a lush tropical garden. Everything was meticulously maintained. The owners were warm and friendly providing me with delicious breakfasts, western or Indonesian as well as driving and guiding service for excursions around the country. Quiet and secluded in the heart of busy Ubud, a perfect retreat from which to explore this vibrant city"

"Fantastic hotel, service, facilities and in a good location about 10 mins walk to central ubud. I stayed here for 3 nights and had breakfast served to my room 2 out of the 3 days. On the last day, staff drove me to ubud central with a boxed breakfast early in the am. I ate dinner here a couple of nights due to fatigue and the food was fantastic. Tea time and cake is yummy. Staff is super nice and very good at coordinating with you. Thanks for the wonderful stay. "

Breakfast menu was great, staff was so friendly, evening entertainment was great at the hotels cafe/ restaurant.
