"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. "The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time...

"Hot water valve in shower was nearly inoperable. Glass in cabinet door over refrigerator fell out when opening due to poor retention of glass (screws apear to be too small and pulled out). Broken glass cut my foot and require first aid. Sliding door to patio was terrible..wouldn't lock and kept coming out of the guide track. Internet was spotty last two days."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and was a perfect size for our family. It’s steps from the beach and beach club but we had the use of the golf cart if we wanted to explore other areas of the resort. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. "The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!"

The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open.
