"We vacationed to celebrate my Jamaican Uncle's 90th birthday and more family stayed in "fantasy" a couple doors down. This is a wonderful home, but really is in need of care. From a broken tub (unusable), outdoor showers (also unusable), broken lounge chairs, ripped cushions on outdoor furniture, and large pots outdoor devoid of plants--the photos online show a much nicer house than reality. "We had an amazing time here in Jamaica. We absolutely loved the property and its quiet location. Miss Annette is just beyond fabulous! Not only did she prepare us scrumptious meals, but she provided everything we needed and asked for during our stay. From arranging a cave tour to borrowing a fishing pole. "I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you."

"We had an absolutely relaxing and pampered weekend at Brown Shuggah. The team was amazing. Chef Wong was incredible. His food was so tasty , we think we gained 10 pounds in a 4 day 3 night weekend. Praise to Sophie and Pepe who took tremendous care of us, with cleanliness of the rooms and organization of the days. Sophie made our room special for my husband’s birthday, and Pepe made sure decorations etc were up. Thanks to Dwayne and Brian also for keeping the property looking beautiful outside....

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. "

"The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes. The house is a little difficult to find and the guard at the gated community does not know anything, so be sure...

"Wanted to give an excellent review for the portside Villa … the staff there was amazing. They assisted us with everything that we needed. The chef was amazing. They even assisted with decorating for my husband birthday and the cleaning Had fresh towels every day made our bed every day. Definitely will be returning if I visit Jamaica again thank you so much."
