"If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

"Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!"

"The place was not clean. The kitchen was a mess, the bedroom and bathroom doors were off the hinges. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit, leaving it feeling very uncomfortable. The space was smaller and unkept in comparison to the pictures. I would not stay here again."

"I would not recommend staying here whatsoever. We were there for one night and it's not located in a good area. There is a code to get into the building but there are multiple apartments in there. When we got back for the night, a woman very clearly on drugs was on our floor and tried to follow us into our room. We had to physically close the door on her. We did not feel safe at all. The apartment was so hot because the only room that had AC was the bedroom. Also, the knob on the shower did not...

"Staff was excellent ,suite was beautiful, I'll give the hotel 5 stars. But i am upset over vrbo's advertising... no pool! Been closed for 5 or so years. Might want to update the ad! Main reason i picked that place, and when i complained, i was told there was a notice in the booking confirmation that it was closed. I have however yet to find it on my end! But the hotel itself...5 stars "
