"We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice."

"Nothing like walking the property at sunset. Local to al things Geneseo with a unique horse farm country experience. Not our first time staying and it won't be our last! "

"This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. "

"Accurate description of the property. Super quiet with all of the comforts of home. Highly recommend for those parents who are coming for college graduations and will be staying for more than 1 or 2 nights in the area. Thank you!"

"The lake was beautiful, and the neighbors were so kind and hospitable. The house was a little different than the photos online and wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. We still had a great time! The deck was very nice (note: you do have to cross the road to get to the waterfront). Overall, good stay for the price. "

"My husband and I were visiting friends in Rochester and we love the arts district. This unit was located directly across from the memorial art gallery.It was very clean and nicely decorated, and it had a desk area that my husband could do some work."

"Booked this place to be near a anniversary celebration for a couple we have known for years. Its was my wife and I, as well as our daughter and her 10 year old son. Its a quiet house with a nice sized yard, perfect for a game of catch with my Grandson. It is an older house but clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, Water was nice and hot, Kerig coffee pods were provided as well as bottled water in the fridge. Like most places you might not find everything you need in the cupboard...

"Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for...

"A small group of friends came to stay for a long weekend to catch up and celebrate an engagement. We had a great weekend enjoying the property, beautiful weather, and an excellent host. I could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. It had everything we needed for a friend getaway and so much more. Definitely check out the hosts recommendations around the bay, we had a blast! The next time we find ourselves in the Rochester area, we will be keeping this place in mind. "

"Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!"
