"Staff, particularly the front desk was very responsive. The location is adjacent to the interstate and downtown Charleston is easily accessible."

"What an excellent property! What excellent hosts! The property is (shallowly) tucked on a Country Club and is pristinely quiet. Grocery (Wal-Mart & Harris Teeter) are not even a 5 minute drive down the road, very convenient. We loved being able to cook our meals and relax by the pool — food in the pic was prepped & cooked there on site (by us, obviously). Kitchen was well supplied, bedroom was cozy and shower pressure was great. The pool is salt water based and doesn’t dry your skin after a dip....

"Absolutely wonderful! We stayed overnight after a concert in Charleston with our high school age daughter and her friend. They couldn’t get over how “cute and aesthetic” the cottage was! We all loved the pet and family friendly property, the horses outside, and the many small touches inside that made us feel right at home! We will definitely look at staying here again!"

"Tony is a wonderful host! The accommodation was very cozy and supplied with everything you could think of, including wine and snacks. It was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood looked a bit run down, at first glance, but I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Tony! "

"We had an excellent stay, the unit was very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities; the best we had experienced so far. "

"The name says it all. It’s a cozy town house. Nicely placed far enough outside of Charleston to be quiet but close enough to get everywhere you need to go. This was my first booking with VRBO and everything was great. Very pleased. "

"Unfortunately, due to the fact that there were no exterior pictures provided the area that we stayed in was very rundown and poor. The noise level from the road was described in the description. However, the neighbors were very loud and disruptive. Were two women staying in that home it felt very unsafe at times."

"The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again."

"We loved staying at this house. Just one thing maybe 2 ply toilet paper. lol It was clean and served the purpose of the holiday stay. You might want to clean the carpet in the master bedroom and put a tv in the upstairs bedroom other than that it was great!"

"The room i had originally booked for charleston said they over booked 3 days before check in. I had to find a place 2 days before we left so i got on vrbo to find something in the price range and just clicked and paid for this one without reading the reviews. Come to find out this was a scam too the owner never got in contact with us and i spent 2 days going back and forth with vrbo they wanted me to travel 5 hours to charleston to see if this was a scam and then call them and they would find me...

"Stayed at this VRBO for a weekend concert at Credit One Stadium. The location was convenient—not only to the stadium but also to downtown Charleston. We brought one dog and stayed in the front unit, which worked out well. As other reviews mentioned, the property includes both a front and back rental unit; guests in the back unit enter the rental through the backyard which is a little odd to me. The space had a large dining area. Overall, a great value for the location and amenities!"

"Communication with the owner was always prompt.The property is located in a quiet area and the neighbors are polite. It was a little bit of a drive to get places like the beach. But being North of the city it was easy to go to many beaches. And lots of other places places outside of the downtown area. Overall, this was a very nice place to visit for a quiet getaway. "
