"The mattress needs to be replaced. You sank into a hole with your feet higher than your head. It had been a few years since we had stayed there, we were shocked that we were expected to sleep on a mattress that has need replaced for a long time. Not sure we will stay there for a while. Westin and Marriott would never subject you to such a mattress. We use to always stay at the Westin."

"Great location. Everything was super clean & well-maintained. Rooms were well equipped. Only negative was breakfast. $16.99 /person for a breakfast that we wouldn't eat most things seems a little much. An al a carte option would be nice for people who want a light breakfast."

"Checked in at 11Pm and left at 1am due to the overwhelming odor of black mold in the room. The floor was sticky and had to clean the bathroom before I could use it as there was dye pee all over the toilet and floor. We packed and slept in the car over staying here. Would never ever stay here again."

"Overall, our stay was pretty decent, and I especially want to highlight how wonderful the staff was throughout our visit!
When we arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Although it took her a little while to get to the desk, I believe she was assisting with another task. Once she arrived, she provided excellent customer service. One suggestion I would make is to place a bell at the front desk so guests can easily notify staff when they arrive.
