"The blinds would not close properly, so sunlight came into the room all day, which made it difficult to rest. The sheets also smelled bad and did not seem fresh or properly cleaned. Additionally, when I tried to watch TV, the channels I selected did not work. The refrigerator did not cool properly, ..."
