"Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked. Manager was a great friendly person always asking us if all was well and if we needed anything. We will definetly go back the next time in Sao Miguel."

"I was looking for some respite and a place where I had easy access to hiking, the hot springs, and restaurants. I had a two day stay in Furnas before i headed home to the States. I arrived early and lucky for me one of the apartments was available. Not only that, they have me breakfast. The property is so beautifully laid out where you can hear the birds as you relax on one of outside chairs or in your room where an entire wall is made up of windows overlooking the hills. "Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. Wir haben an der Rezeption sogar Ausflugstipps bekommen. Per what's app konnten wir jederzeit unsere Fragen stellen. Wir hatten auch einen wunderschönen Whirlpool auf...

"The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "
