"Easy check-in. Clean room and spacious enough for two people. Lots of satellite channels to choose from. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of things within walking distance, grocery stores restaurants, a mall. Blackout curtains. Comfy beds that also incline so no need for extra pillows. And if you don’t feel like walking to a restaurant, there is a very convenient vending machine directly outside the front doors. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I have regularly stopped in the Carat hotel in Rüdesheim and had great service. That is now closed and I took a different route back from Italy to the UK and stopped at Weil. The hotel was a bit tired but friendly with a big room. There were no USB points but that’s not unusual. I was disappointed in taking dinner there that there was only a Mexican Style restaurant where it was difficult to avoid very spicy food but had I not dined so late that would have been fine. "Check in took forever as not enough staff and the valet parking was not available despite the sign. The sauna was supposed to be warm until 10pm but was already room temp at 8pm (if ever switched on). Hallways and some parts of the hotel looked tired. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming, though."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."
