"I really loved everything about my stay! They arranged my transfer from the airport in minutes, and all members of staff were super nice and helpful. The room felt like home and had everything for a good night's sleep, including perfect air conditioning. I will definitely return if I have to take a late night flight to Basel airport again!"

"Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in central Basel. Excellent service. We arrived late at night and most restaurants nearby close at 10pm but the hotel bar served light meals and drinks until 11pm. Slept really well and breakfast included everything on our list. The only thing that might cause problems is that the trams stop outside the hotel. Those who are light sleepers may want to book a room toward the other side. In summary, this hotel is a bit pricey but definitely worth it."

The gym is large and fairly well equipped. The staff is super friendly and efficient. A go-to place for those attending a meeting at the congress centre, and even for non business tourists."

Mashir (?), a server in the bar/restaurant, must have noticed how tired and hot we were when we arrived and he came over and gave us cool water. He was a fabulous server and tended to our needs. "Beautiful and clean room with complementary coffee and tea. Really wish they had AC (I’m spoiled and from the US) but I slept comfortably with the window open and the little fan on. Very central and just a few min walk away from one of the main trolley stops that you can go pretty much anywhere from. Beautiful area! Switzerland is so expensive but luckily there was a Coop just a few blocks away that kept me alive."
