"Very convenient for our 1 night stay visiting family before heading back to Aus"

"It was all ok"

"This is a fabulous hotel, close to the airport yet located in a very quiet place that you wouldn't know you're in a large city. The hotel was clean, room had good amenities and the staff were really lovely - made check in and check out easy and relaxed. Breakfast was included which was great value for money. This is not our first stay here and won't be out last."

"Wonderful Staff to greet you on arrival & quick to check in & arrange the early morning Shuttle to the Airport. Clean & spacious Room, & handy to have a Restaurant & Bar onsite. Another great Stay. Thanks"

Check-in staff was lovely except the other (who I can only assume to be the manager or senior to the check-in staff) was obnoxious to say the least. I had raised a query that the exhaust fan was not working, The check-in staff attempted to get some more info and genuinely listened and then sought guidance with the other staff (obnoxious one) who just over-talked to the both of us saying it works...
