"The accommodation is good with optimal air conditioning, and always clean. Limited to pizza for evening meals and that was disappointing given it’s not close to restaurants and you would have to go into the city centre. Otherwise all the staff are lovely and very helpful."

"This hotel is beautifully done, very clean and with lots of nice touches, eg the daily free coffee, snacks etc, honesty bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious (although bathroom very small) and very clean. Extremely quiet too. Excellent location - easy to get to from the airport, walking distance to the city centre and a tram stop nearby for if you prefer to take that. Only criticism is the cost of breakfast - at €24.50/adult and €22.50/child it would...

"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down...

"Die Zimmer entsprachen der gebuchten Kategorie, die Zimmer waren sauber und die kleinen Mängel die ich gemeldet habe wurden rasch behoben bzw. gab es Geld retour. Das finde ich sehr gut. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut und rasch zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine sehr große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Gebäck, Obst und vieles mehr. Zusammengefasst kann ich persönlich dieses Hotel empfehlen."

"A beautiful boutique hotel. Every member of staff were super lovely. I stayed from Friday - Sunday for my birthday weekend away, and the hotel kindly offered a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a very lovely greetings card. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend. "
