"My husband was having an operation at the Cromwell so absolute perfect location. Wonderful apartment - we even managed to extend our stay to have a day of convalescing in the apartment which was perfect. Made the most of the kitchen and lounge and was great. "

"Great location in the heart of Chinatown lots of good transportation hubs , food locations ,shopping , and theaters. great walkablity factor and the actual apartment was fantastic with top floor views looking down at Chinatown really really loved the flat that they gave us and it was very clean overall and way larger than we expected ( for most of what Europe has to offer, especially London) "

"My family had an excellent stay here! Home.ly was great about communication and helped us resolved a lock issue day of. The apartment had all the essentials for cooking. I can see what other reviews are saying about the noise - it wasn’t very quiet but I feel like that expected for central London. Overall, the location is unbeatable and we loved pretty much everything about the apartment. Looking forward to coming back!"

"The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. "I had a lovely visit. The apartments are huge with living, small kitchen, bedroom and bath, each room sizeable (well, the kitchen is a step-saver, but plenty of space). Front desk, both staff members were cordial, kind, and efficient. Everything is close by with a grocery on the next block, 20 mid-level eats 1/2 block away and high-end same block. Walk to Fortnum, the Palace, etc.. Parking 2 blocks away and in an inexpensive underground on Chesterfield. Top Notch and cant wait to stay here...
