"Plenty of parking, check in was swift and well organised. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok, lots of people and staff struggled to keep up with demand. All in all, a good experience."

"The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."

"It is a convenient hotel right in the airport and the bed is comfortable. The shower head was spotty and the automatic room controls were hard to manage. The remote for the TV was not functioning properly. The room was otherwise clean and quiet and nice to stay for one night before catching an early flight."

"After arriving in Gatwick late at night, it was so convenient to be able to collect our bags, and walk inside the terminal to the hotel. When leaving the hotel the next morning, we were very close to the check in area for our next flight. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. It provided a wide variety of food options.
