Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Am Empfang wurde man nicht gerade freundlich empfangen, Personal wenig kundenorientiert. Auch bei anderen Gästen waren Beschwerden über den Umgangston zu hören. "Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient."
