The sink is Way to high for Kids, and the faucets are too Small for anyone to fit a normal...

"I normally don’t give bad reviews, however this experience over the Memorial weekend 2026 was unpleasant. First off upon arriving was told the indoor swimming pool was shut down all weekend due to repairs and I called a week ago and asked if pool would for sure be open and I was advise yes. I told my children they would be able to go swimming and enjoy the pool, I bought swim suits, pool toys and floats and all for nothing. My children were very upset and thought I lied to them. "I felt so cheated. We flew in and arrived at the hotel past 9pm, first night of our vacation. The room assigned to us is right in the lobby! The clerk pointed out to me from behind the check-in counter. I requested a quiet room and told it was the only one left! We had no choice. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were comically small, there was a crack in the door (the side with the handle) to where we could see the lights outside, and the blinds were not secure.
