"Didn’t know what to expect, but regardless I was blown away. The place is VERY well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was the perfect place to come back home to and relax after a long day. The owner was also amazing, she left a few chocolates and a welcome note. She was also an amazing communicator, I didn’t need too many things, but the things I did need, she accommodated instantly. 10/10, this place is phenomenal "

"The PERFECT stay! We came for the Upperville horse show and you cannot beat the location of this charming cottage. Close proximity to dining, grocery stores, wineries, horse show, and on a quiet street. William was an excellent host with attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and quick and responsive to any questions. "

"Clean comfortable fully stocked within walking distance to everything Leesburg has to offer -a GREAT place to stay ... beds were so comfy and so was the sofa definitely would stay again ... totally loved it!! "

"Loved the room and the extras that was provided for us such as the coffee and hot chocolate. Areas were clean and well supplied. The only down fall was not communicating how to get to the guest room and where the lighting leading to area was. Sad the fireplace was down but loved that a replacement heater was provided. "

"We enjoyed our visit at this beautifully appointed apartment within walking distance to Old Town Warrenton. The high-end fixtures, solid furnishings and convenient appliances were even better in person! Communication with the owner was just right. Thank you, Bill, for a lovely place to stay!"

"We stayed here to attend a wedding at Stone Tower Winery because the location was perfect and the place looked great online. It’s even better in person. The apartment is lovely. Very roomy and clean and clearly well cared for. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with more snacks and food items than we had anticipated and really came in handy for when we got caught up running errands and getting ready for the wedding events.
