"Allowed an early check in 👍 Had a really cool poolside room with a curtained patio. We spent all afternoon poolside with drinks from great bartender. Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue."

He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."

"We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but...

"Loved how clean and quiet the property was. Everyone was very welcoming and the nightly cookies were so soft and our favorite dessert. So many options for complimentary breakfast."

"I liked overall hotel but room does not include a separate enclosed bathroom. Sink is in room near bed. One sliding door closes across toilet OR across shower. I just prefer a separate bathroom. Staff was wonderful, especially Julio at front desk!"
