"The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc."

"Disappointing. This was the worst experience I have had at any Holiday Inn and far below the standards I expect from IHG. Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. On July 3, breakfast at 9:30 AM was poorly stocked, with almost no fruit, no yogurt, and little food remaining. "Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once."

"It said online that there was a pool, but we were told it’s been out of service since November (it’s July). The gym had cardio machines, a peloton whose seat you couldn’t adjust, yoga mats, pulley machine, dumbbells, and only one bench (someone else was using while I was there), but plenty of EMPTY space :/ . "We only spent one night at this hotel but wished that we could have stayed longer! The suite was huge and had every amenity we needed. It was literally across the street from the King of Prussia Mall and the restaurant beside was a fantastic fondue spot! Parking was easy (and free) and we would stay here again without hesitation."

"Kemonnie was the lady who checked us in. She was super helpful and kind. Good thing to know is that you have to pay for parking. I was surprised to see the bathroom, it had a sliding door opposed to one that locks and I found hair in the towels. the breakfast was fine, your choice of waffles, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and pastries. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator that which was great."
