"We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had"

Le lit est assez confortable, mais les oreillers laissent grandement à désirer. "The staff were very friendly. Room was spotless. Would stay here again. Only negative were breakfast was not very good - had children and no waffles, pancakes or chocolate chip muffins. Only cereal for a child’s pallet. Early morning didn’t have any towels at pool. "

This was a quick stop for sleep on our drive to Florida and the cheapest hotel in the area with an indoor pool for our kids so I didn’t expect much.
