"Review: We absolutely loved our stay at this Luxurious Hilltop Home with Direct Dune Access and would definitely stay again! The property was clean, welcoming, and in a fantastic location with excellent parking. Being able to take a super short drive (about a block) to the dunes instead of trailering made the trip so much more enjoyable. "The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. "It was not what we imagined. I thought it was going to be cool and different. I imagined it being a fifth wheel or travel trailer on someone's property in a remote setting. It was everything but that. The shower was awful. Between trying to step over a trough edge to get into the shower and the vinyl curtains that surrounded the trough that clung to your body, it was awful.We have rented a lot of placesVrbo and rarely feel this way.We left 2 day early without a regret."
