Riverbend 8 Efficiency

Riverbend 8E is a recently updated corner studio unit on the river with easy parking right at your door. This unit is ideal for two adults with a queen size bed but can sleep up to four with a full size sofa sleeper as well.



Your kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, convection oven, hot plate, coffee pot and toaster, along with a complete set of dishes and silverware for four.



Warm up by the gas burning fireplace year round and the satellite Tv with DvD player. This property does have a hot tub (deposit required), and Wifi. The hot tub is shared with guests at Riverbend 8A.



All towels and linens are provided and towels can be exchanged every other day at our office for fresh ones. This unit has a walk in shower in the bathroom. No washer/dryer.



Other items we provide include paper towels, dish and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, make-up removal supplies, and coffee.



The property is located on the western side of town and is just 5-6 blocks from the Ski area. This property will accept one dog under 100 lbs with a $125 non-refundable pet fee.



Pet Fee: If pet fee isn't charged at time of booking it may be charged at time of check in.



The Red River Miner’s Transit provides free year-round service to any individual needing transportation.



All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.





**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.



All Riverbend condos are non-smoking.



Guests agree to a $500 refundable security deposit for the hot tub. Please use the hot tub responsibly to avoid additional charges.



Pet Friendly with a Non-Refundable pet fee.



Please wash dishes and take out the trash before leaving the property.



Do not adjust the refrigerator temperature.

I was moved to a pretty worn down unit (7E) due to heat not working in the requested Unit 8E. I wish I could have stayed in 8E anyway because I didn’t use or need heat, and that unit had more comfortable seating areas from what I saw in photos, but I was told it wasn’t possible.0 The hot tub was clean. There were only 3 forks and no oil or anything for cooking.

homeowner information

to whom it may concern with regards to the home we stayed in should you want word-of-mouth to get around so that that home will be re-rented continuously by repeat people take some money out of your pocket instead of going to Walmart put a couple of chairs in there where you can sit comfortably to enjoy it. Otherwise the only good that home was for was to have a place over our heads in the snow. 😡😡

Nice getaway

Overall nice lodging for 4 people , parking is somewhat of an issue , maybe it needs marked for each individual spot. I got blocked in being on the very end . Had a great time can’t wait to come back

Enjoyed our stay. The cabin was marvelous, fully equipped and cozy. The heater worked well, being the outside temp was very cold. I recommend this type of adventure and reservation service to all.

Lovely place

This property was on the end of condos so it was very quiet and peaceful. The river was only a few yards away and the first thing we see were several deer splashing through the water. The inside was very pleasant.

This efficiency is perfect for 2.

I was skeptical about having enough room for me and my husband, but it was perfect size for what we needed. Very clean. Only complaint is the kitchen needs to be stocked with more utensils, sauce pan and possibly a sheet pan for the toaster oven. The owners need to rethink the size of the TV with a bigger one and maybe a different location. We Would recommend this efficiency to anyone looking for a small place. Fishing was great right outside the door.

Enjoyed it!

We stayed here over Christmas and loved it. Great location. Right on the river. We stayed in a corner unit, so it was quiet and parking was right outside. Small but had everything we needed. Checkin and out were very easy. I would stay here again.

Cozy and Stylish. . .

We enjoyed staying at this cozy and cute place - near the river. The amenities were good except the tv situation. We’re older and used to our cable channels - so was frustrated trying to use the Roku service. Thank you for providing such a nice stay for us.

This cute little property was perfect for our weekend getaway as a couple! Right by the river, it would be perfect in the summer too. The only downfall of the location is the potholes at the turn in. This is not specific to this property but all the properties down that street.
