"The cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent. The only minor downside was a noticeable odor from the A/C's heater function when we first entered, though thankfully, it dissipated over time."

"We have a great stay! The room was clean, they have a gym, laundry, and common space/area with tables and microwave. I would definitely recommend to book with breakfast buffet, it was great and saves if you reserved ahead. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also great location, very close to ueno station and ueno park. Definitely recommend!"

"R83月30日から4月1日まで2泊３日でお世話になりました、東京ドームが目の前で交通にも便利でとても快適に過ごせました、アメニティも豊富です、スリッパは消毒してると思いますが使い回しなので気になる方は持参がいいと思います。ベッドしたはしっかり掃除機して欲しいですね、ホコリや前の方が落としていったコンタクトレンズの入れ物が出てきました。 スタッフの方も親切ですし、この２点以外でしたらとても素晴らしいホテルです。 1階にはドンキもあるので足りないものはすぐに買いに行けました。今回は朝ごはんをつけなかったので1階で購入しました。"
