"The room was clean. Not a great area. It smells like California or Colorado in the surrounding area. A lot of homeless people on the streets nearby. Our room was on the street and was surprisingly quieter than expected. It was fine for our use, we got there at 9 at night and left at 7 in the morning. It is not far from CSULB. The bathtub/shower combination was small and there are no handrails if you have mobility issues. Water was hot. Also, there were no hangers if you were hanging your...

"The room smelt like a casino for being a non smoking hotel it was terrible. The bed had hair in it already like it was never cleaned before us coming. The moment my finance and I walked In the room we both got super itchy and got bit by something definitely don’t recommend this place. I’m not one to leave a review but I feel like I have to."

"The Ac did work great and water pressure in the shower was good too. My main problem was the tv didn’t work properly for an entire day. It would shut off by itself so lost a day of just wanted to relax eat take out and watch tv. So it really bothered me cause I paid for 4 nights. I definitely feel I deserved a credit or some type of compensation because that is not running a proper business. I do partially blame Expedia cause this hotel should not be rated a 7 maybe a 5 at most."

"We had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach and walkable to other places. Our room was clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the soft bed, the best night sleep EVER! Only one issue with the shower head, it was clogged hard water and sprayed everywhere and water leaked out of the shower. The staff was user friendly and were helpful with parking. We will be staying again."
