"Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience."

"The staff was really friendly and welcoming! But our room had bedbugs and that was it for us. It fell out of the pillows on the bed. We immediately went to the desk and they were nice but didn't seem concerned. I won't be coming back. The picture is when we threw one in the sink to really make sure we were seeing what we were seeing."

"Family of three and enjoyed our stay. So convenient to shopping, dining and the beach. We also loved that there is a guard walking the property, making sure vehicles are associated with the hotel and no strangers. The hot tub and pool were great. The pool is not heated, but the hot tub was warm and the jets worked. I do think it could be skimmed more often as there were lots of bugs in the jacuzzi in the evening. "Everything about my stay was amazing- the staff, restaurant, rooms and pool were spectacular for such a good price! I’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!"

"Had a great stay before my cruise..Staff was wonderful the older gentleman at the front desk was so nice and friendly even checked me in early for no additional charge. The property was nice and clean as well as the room,bathroom bed was comfortable. The pool looked clean and inviting although I didn't swim..Location really worked for me since I flew in from Long Beach. Close to the airport and close to the cruise terminal.. Definitely my new go to when cruising out of San Pedro.."

Transportation (seasonal) with passport route c to downtown, carnival cruise temrinal and aquabus, aqualink available Improve: . Remodeling the restaurant so lower options on what that restaurant offers . Floors in room are dirty and turn feet black .. seems dont mop ....
