"This is a magical cottage. It exceeded our expectation on charm, grounds, and convenience to downtown Middleburg. Tim, our host, was very accessible and thought of all of our needs. My husband and I will definitely be back but if you want a wonderful, historic experience with all of the modern amenities, look no further. Absolutely beautiful!"

"The only regret we have is not staying more than one night! Kay and Joe were great hosts. Kay provided a lot of recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and things to do. The location is central to a number of wineries and incredible views. The Love Nest is well stocked with all the essentials and several bonuses, too! Communication was clear leading up to the reservation, during our stay, and there are guides throughout the Love Nest for clear instructions to make the most of the stay. We got...

"We love this house. It was super quiet and cozy. The kitchen is the best stocked Vrbo kitchen we have ever encountered. If there is a drawback, I would say that it is the antique/original doorknobs. They do need to be repaired or replaced for ease of use. But on the other hand, no biggie and kind of add to the charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"An exceptional property in an amazing location. One of a kind. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat.
Be aware that it is quite isolated and bring whatever food or beverages you prefer. The cottage has a full kitchen stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Lots of dishes and silverware. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and pods, etc. and a few energy bars were left out but I was glad that I had brought my own (microwaveable) dinner and snacks."

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was very good for relaxing and hanging out with old friends with its open concept. Bedrooms were on the small side but functional as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice and a nice coffee bar was provided with a Nespresso machine and milk frother."

"Great location. Great quiet atmosphere. Just one little thing - the steps are steep; so just something to be aware of."

"The studio has potential but is not worth the price paid. Towels were old, mattress was soft, cobwebs were noticeable. Location is great."
