"The staff was friendly. My bed had a huge stain in the middle of it on the mattress. It showed through the sheet and while it wasn't on the sheet, you could still see it and it was gross. It looked like a blood or other bodily function stain. I got in super late from canceled flights and this was the only hotel with availability left so I had no other option, but that definitely needs to be taken care of."

"This hotel is a dump, the rooms are old and dated. the lobby smells like chlorine, fabuloso and 1970. The shuttle is old and beat up. not sure who is giving this hotel an 8 but it was not enjoyable."

"The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information.
