"No breakfast, saw at most a single oatmeal packet and one packet of hot chocolate. The staff was great I will admit that. The gentlemen who assisted me was kind and tried to do what he could but he was limited. The room was dirty. I was shown a few rooms and they were all dirty. From open windows, cigarette stains on the couch, stains in the fridge, sink, butt marks on the chair from sitting naked on it. Literally nothing was clean just the bed made. Towels had stains, bedsheets had stains/burns...

"The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a roach in the room…. 😭😭😭 and there was not an iron in my room and the only staff member there couldn’t help me because he didn’t have keys to the room where they keep irons. But the staff member was super nice."

"Third time staying here in Austin. Staff is friendly and attentive. We needed a toiletry item, front desk staff quickly gave us one. Love that coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is always available! "

"Pool was great Didn't use bar. Waited 15 minutes for person to come to front desk. Ask bartender if someone was available and his response was should be there. Told representative I had been waiting and told bartender and she said he was to radio her if someone showed up."

"Clean room, great staff , complimentary breakfast . It was just what we needed and food isn’t far if you want something else. Dog friendly but a 75$ pet fee. "
