"our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own....

"A lot of tweakers and disability people that complain about everything like it’s some retirement home and the rooms are not clean, and the carpets are nasty "

"The parking was easy and secure. Check-in was interesting. There was an unexpected $100 deposit even though we paid by card. The room was clean but only one set of towels and there was 2 of us. The pool was filled in with gravel and the pool was the reason we booked there. When I brought it up with the staff they never followed up with me. Not too happy with that. Not sure I will stay there again. "

"We always stay here every time we have to go to Austin for my daughters doctors appointments. It is honestly the best. Very calm and quiet area and so many stores nearby. The hotel is always so clean and the employees are also great! The best part are the beds and how comfortable they are! We love it so much and always have a great experience here. Thank you all. "

Es muy tranquilo,el personal excelente,nos atendio una receptionist que a pesar que no hablaba español fue super amable y simpatico Tratando de Brindarnos un maravilloso servicio!lo único que quisiera recomendarles es que el bar comience a funcionar pues seria un plus para amenity en las noches del fin de semana"
