Located in the scenic Rauris Valley in the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, the apartment offers direct access to the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable car station, just steps away from the slopes. Enjoy the 1,000 m² wellness area with an indoor pool, panoramic saunas, and alpine rooftop garden. The Nationalpark Sommercard (May–Oct) and Nationalpark Wintercard (Dec–Apr) are included, along with access to Restaurant Albert, ski school, ski rental, and a sports shop.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Additional amenities include a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A small starter kit with dishwashing tabs, detergent, sponge, trash bags, and cleaning cloths is provided upon arrival. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are included for your entertainment. The apartment is individually decorated to offer a unique, personalized stay. Pets are welcome on request (additional fee).
