"Yes clean. The room was tiny with a cement ceiling and wall. The bed was comfortable but the room was claustrophobic small. The carpet wasn't even carpet, kind of a burlap. The bus in the evening ran once an hour so we had to spend $25 on a taxi that dropped us off at night behind the building in the construction zone. In the morning we had to drag our 4 bags 2 blocks to an extremely crowded bus stop to catch their shuttle. Never again."

"Shuttle broke and did not run between 11:30 and 4:15pm. In the morning the first shuttle was not early enough for an early flight (departure at 6:50). There was no drinking water at the promised water dispenser. There were radiculous upfront deposits to buy anything from the commons refrigerator. The room was still not ready at 2:47pm (check in time: 3:00pm). "

"This place is very nice. Very clean and newer looking Hotel. They are located about a 15/20 min walk to nearest Metro (Kelsterbach) which was a really nice walk and then it was easy enough once we figured out the metro system to get around Frankfurt. Area felt safe. Breakfast was fantastic. The only negative is that you have to pay 6 euro to use pool which it didn’t state in the booking site(we were usually gone all day and didn’t want to pay to use pool for an hour) Also, the shuttle to the...
