Booked this as an 18th Birthday present for my son and his girlfriend. Upon arrival they were asked to add on breakfast(which was already included) I called the hotel and receptionist said the manager would call me back, this was 3 weeks ago. Fantastic stay at the Loch Fyne. The hotel was really clean and the facilities were well kept with stunning decor. We enjoyed the outdoor spa facility which was new and very clean.
