"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar.
We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.

"Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement:
1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working.
2. TV box not fuctioning properly.
3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit.
4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room.
5. Insufficient utensils.
The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

"Overall experience was very great with Silaslee -
1) Room was clean, and towels were provided, toiletry were provided
2) Unit came with a very cool jacuzzi located at balcony
3) Unit included a Coway water machine, microwave, fridge and oven
4) Best of all is that the unit came with an automated mahjong machine "
