"Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. We would definitely recommend, and would return."

"Lovely clean well equipped home, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. It was a very hot weekend and so some fans would have helped but that’s the only negative. Also a later checkout , perhaps 11am would have been a more relaxing end to a great weekend."

"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day."

"Recently stayed here for a few nights. Place was spotless and everything you needed/wanted was to hand. Lovely welcome basket on arrival. Location is fantastic beach only short walk away and only a short drive away fromGreat Yarmouth and hemsby so plenty of places near by. Shops not far away either short walk. They do have strange opening and closing times. But overall the bungalow is a great place, great location. Would definitely come back again"

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."

"This is an absolutely charming glamping option, with the railway carriage beautifully converted to very cosy accommodation for one or two. In summer, it's lovely to spend the evening in the small but very comfortable seating area. While the carriage is in the garden of a large house, sensitively applied fencing and planting means that it feels very private to the glampers. All the essentials are in the kitchenette, the shower is great, the bed is very comfortable - everything has been thought...
