"My group stayed here for a baseball tournament (Th-Sun). Even though the neighbors aren’t as diligent at the upkeep of their properties, this property was well maintained and nicely equipped for all our needs. The gas range was a bonus and we cooked all our meals at the property. Everything was clean and tidy and we were happy to have a washer and a dryer with Tide detergent and Bounce sheets available for use. The property owner was very responsive when I messaged. We were 8min from the fields...

"My son, daughter , and I stayed for my son's baseball tournament at The Rantoul Sports Complex. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us. The home looks exactly as pictured. Pretty well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Would definitely stay again. Karen is very easy to get ahold of when needed and her home is everything you need in a tiny home. Thank you so much for having us, Karen!"

"This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value."

"We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!"

"Was perfect place to stay for my nieces graduation. We had a lot of family in town and rented both this one and the one next door. Had more than enough room for everyone. Ours was clean and beds were comfortable."

"It was exactly what we were looking for. Feels like you are in a tree house when sitting out on the porch. It gives you the feeling of nothing around for miles while also being close enough to a big town to have everything you need. Will be booking again. "

"The house is beautifully redone. Love the tin ceiling accents and coffee options included. The laundry room with nice washer and dryer were super helpful on a family trip. Plenty of blankets, sheets, etc. also plenty of dishes to cook a family meal. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful. Would stay again."

"Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. "

"We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well. "

"Traveled with my sisters for a weekend getaway. The house was just right for the four of us. Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Screened back porch was a bonus. Only negative was that the living room sofas were worn and didn't have much support. Overall a great stay!"
