    Relax on the comfortable furnishings in the living room and enjoy the airy feel, provided by natural light streaming in through oversized windows. We have stayed here before and it is a wonderful house & location. Close to U of I stadiums for sporting events. A great walkable neighborhood. Fenced in yard is so nice. House is always clean, comfortable and the kitchen is great. The host is quick to answer and resolve any questions. After driving, the welcome snacks are such a nice treat. We will be back, love this place. Thanks!!

Vibe here is warm and charming, perfect for the three of us. Neighborhood very quiet plus close to downtown and campus. Kitchen is well stocked, stayed in one night and cooked.

Such a gem!

We traveled to Champaign for an annual event and decided to stay in a rental vs. hotel. This house was perfect! Very tastefully and modernly updated/decorated but still has that cozy, quintessential bungalow feel. Thanks so much for the wonderful accommodations!

The place is immaculate and beautiful designed. The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great experience here, communication was good from the beginning. Property worked well for three adults and 2 puppies. Excellent location and very quiet neighborhood. Will for sure be back.

Great updated space in a cute neighborhood. Good location that is close to everything. So close to the Art Mart for coffee, pastry and specialty foods for easy take away. Great host. Will definitely be back again when in the area visiting my son at U of I. Thank you, Erica!

Home away from Home

House had everything by husband and I needed. It was very comfortable and all appliances worked well with no issues. Coffee bar and snacks were great for a welcome. The house was very clean and yard was excellent for our furry children. Neighborhood was great for walking and would be great to sit on front porch in warm weather. We can't wait to stay again. We felt very much at home on this stay.

Beautiful well appointed property

The owner was absolutely fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Pleasant and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house itself was very cool and very well appointed. Bedrooms or comfortable kitchen had everything you could need. Family friendly it seems that they thought of everything. Excellent location. Well fenced in the yard. Will definitely return.

Beautiful cottage!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage located in a very convenient and lovely neighborhood! The cottage is a 1920 charmer that is decorated just beautifully with all of the most up-to-date amenities, making our stay just perfect. Everything was extremely well decorated, very clean and neat. Erica was the perfect hostess that helped with anything we needed. We loved our stay there and look forward to staying in this sweet pretty cottage again in the near future. I highly recommend booking a stay here!!

Cozy, comfortable and quiet treelined street.

Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event.

WOW!!!

10.5 out of 10!!!! Our visit was not for leisure but for a family member‘s illness, thus, VERY thankful we found such a comfortable, welcoming home to come back to. It is in a GREAT location and in a GREAT/safe neighborhood. Exactly what we needed-plus some!!! We were responded to promptly by Erica with any questions that came up and will return without a doubt!! Thanks again and again!!!!
