"We received a message about how to check in without staff (especially if we were arriving later than 3). That made our schedule feel flexible. We were there during the midnight sun and their curtains gave us the sleep we needed unlike some other hotels we visited during our stay in Iceland. 10/10 would recommend for the quiet environment, great sleep, beautiful drive, and simple process of checking in and out."

"The property owner never sent me an instruction email. When I connected them to get a code and key, they provided no information other than a code. The code didn’t work, the main building look abandoned. It was terrible and felt like a scam. I’m hoping Expedia can help me get a refund because the property owner appears to be irresponsible and unaccountable. Do NOT book here. Expedia should not list them!"

"This was our accommodation for the third day of our third trip to Iceland. Everything was exactly as described—if anything, it was even better than expected. We could truly feel how much care and attention the owner had put into creating this place. The view was wonderful, parking was convenient, and the accommodation was warm and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed about was not having the chance to meet the dogs. :)"

"My son and I stayed here for 2 nights this past week. Loved it! The room was clean and spacious, with a window that opened which was so nice! Breakfast was excellent, with eggs, bacon, fruits, bread and coffee. Very friendly staff that took pride in their work. I would definitely stay again!"
