"It is within easy walking distance of the Randwick light rail to get to the city or other connections. There are plenty of eating options in the vicinity of the hotel including it own dining room. The room required maintenance as both over bed lights did not work and TV was not working on our first night stay. Fixed when it was reported the following morning, although the TV was not able to receive free to air stations."

"I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card."

"Our room on the 11th floor was spacious and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. The negative is that the smell, old frying oil, coming from the venues on the ground floor of the hotel found their way through the vents in our room at 6.30 am which made it less enjoyable."

"great location on the heart of Chinatown on George street, close to public transport and lots of late night restaurants. the property is also fantastic, with lots of amenities inside the room including laundry machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, and a full kitchen. The room itself is large, comfortable and clean. Only downside is the relatively early check out time, at 10am, which is earlier than other places which offer 11am or 12 pm check out."
