"It is a lovely hotel in a great location and I enjoyed it. However, some of the power points in the room worked intermittently and the office closes at 6pm! The television only worked on the first night I was there (of 3) and the control panel could not be changed. Nevertheless, it was generally excellent and I would stay there again."

"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service. We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped.
