"The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5."

"House was great and clean and in a great location in Manhattan. Bryce was super easy to communicate with and check in/check out was a breeze."

"Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"

"We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard."

"The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. Check-in and communication were fabulous."

"We went to visit my niece and family , we had a great time. Only disadvantage was no bathroom or shower by pool and construction was being done during our stay right next to pool. "

It was very clean, instructions were clearly posted, communication with the host was very efficient, and the condo had many small amenities such as plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, shampoo and paper products. This is greatly appreciated. Oh, and a good supply of coffee!! I highly recommend this listing. "
