"We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

"The ventilation ductwork in the bathroom was venting air all night. Caused by the downstairs kitchen. While I have stayed there 8 times in the last 3 months I will not stay in that room again"

"The pool was well maintained and a great hang out spot. It is worth taking a trip to the bar and having a margarita by the pool. The rooms were also super clean and comfortable. Every single staff member I encountered was kind and helpful."

We came to enjoy the world cup and the front desk provide us with the information needed to go to the stadium (not too far from the hotel) the food was great as well and the coffee was excellent. Great place to stay near the airport and other facilities"

"Dinah's is a conveniently located property, with ample onsite parking. I stayed in one of their suites and it was very pleasantly decratated in a southwest flair and the kokopelli scupltures relly pulled the southwestern theme together. I'll definitely be staying at Dinah's for future visits to Palo Alto."
