"If I have to say anything about this property, it’s about the location! Within walking distance to the heart of Galway… Perfect to park your car and meander through the streets. Parking was a bit of a pain… for what city isn’t. Property was clean… Amenities basic. Staff very helpful."

"The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called .
However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

"The best thing about this property is the location. It is in the heart of Galway and just steps from the Latin Quarter. We were able to park for 3 nights at the Cathedral with no issues, you just have to download the Galway Parking App. We chose a comfort room, for a little extra space and the room was clean. "The room we were given did not have a bathroom attached to it, the bathroom was in the hall with a sign “only for room 2” but there was nothing stopping others from using our bathroom. The bathroom smelt terrible. The room was much smaller than described, the building was confusing, parked in front of the cafe because we weren’t sure where else to park, we never got a wifi password even after messaging and asking. Room was clean though."

"the worst service we experienced on our 3 week trip to Ireland. Waited for over 20 minutes in the restaurant, no server would come to our table , this happened twice so we got up and left. Also , the twin bed suite , beds very small and uncomfortable. Would not stay again"
