"El hotel es muy cómodo, con personal muy amable, un buen restaurante, gimnasio totalmente equipado y muy céntrico con restaurantes y tiendas a un lado. La cama muy cómoda, el baño amplio y todos los servicios de hotel de 5 estrellas. Lo único que nos desilusionó es que el cuarto no era como lo vimos en la imagen, misma categoría pero nada que ver, menos luz y más apretado. "

Nichts kaputt oder schmuddelig. Auch das einchecken über Türcode und schlüsselkasten hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist überragend, höchste Dichte an Pubs und Restaurants. Everything easy to understand and really good value for a big apartment. 2 mins walk to tottenham court road station so easy short trip from heathrow and into city. Slight negative that heating was locked at 18 so was a bit cold at some times (March stay) as tradtiional windows. "Bad point first, to the management and whoever decided that announcing at checkout that a 5% "service charge" will be taken from the Security Deposit: Well done for making me end my stay on a sour note. I find it utterly unacceptable that service charge starts creeping on hotel bills on top of room charges. Of course I declined to pay it.
Shame for that ending because otherwise a really original hotel, offering a gothic vibe that was very amusing. It's full of quirks, from the hard to find...

"El Hotel Hazlitts fue una agradable sorpresa. Buscábamos la experiencia de un hotel "Típicamente Inglés" y fue exactamente lo que encontramos. La biblioteca es un lugar agradable para pasar un rato. Los cuartos, cada uno con su nombre, están decorados al estilo antiguo, pero ofrecen todas las comodidades necesarias. El único detalle que no me gustó es que la zona es un ruidosa por las noches. La.limpieza de los pasillos a las habitaciones son poco aseadas,es raro el hotel sin ventanas ni televisor, pero si descansas y muy bien.
Ojala pusieran mas almohadas en la cama.hicimos check out y en lo que esperabamos en marcharnos senti al personal como estos que hacen aqui en general muy bien.
