"This is a very bare bones option for people on a budget. You do need to share a bathroom with other people on your floor, but if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in your room, it is a great option. Room was clean and warm and bed was comfortable. "

"Quiet and well maintained guesthouse. Central to walk to many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Pool and jacuzzi a great temperature. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, be it relatively small. A downside is the wooden Venetian blinds that let light in from sunrise (unless you're an early riser). Simple breakfast. The complimentary wine and cheese evenings are cute. The bar is equally nice. We enjoyed our stay, and being a quiet hotel and its location would encourage us to return."

"We loved our stay at The Mercury. Check in was a breeze. The rooftop deck was great to hang out on before we went to a wedding in town. The gentleman working there was so lovely and personable. I’d highly recommend staying here! Super close to everything on the strip. We were lucky enough to snag a parking spot right out front, but there’s plenty of public parking nearby if the lot out front is full."

"This was the cutest little bed and breakfast. The house was absolutely adorable. I would love to stay again however my only complaint is that upon arrival it wasnt the warmest inviting feeling when checking in.It was a very cold here's your key. But they did let us check in almost an hour early so that was very nice. Other than that everything"

"The AWOL is spruced up small motel from the 1950's that charges outrageous room rates for what they offer. They're able to get those rates because Provincetown is hugely popular destination with very few actual higher end hotels. This a property that charges over $900 a night (!) for 235 square foot rooms some dates in season. While the renovation that was done to the property in 2018 when it opened as the AWOL has some style and charm, it's feeling a bit in need of some refresh in 2026. AC...

"Brilliant stay. Room looked exactly like the pictures - comfortable, clean…spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious - omelettes, French toast, both perfectly cooked and the pastries are scrumptious. Wine and cheese hour in the club room is lovely - the guests are friendly and good way to find out what else to explore in the area. "Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites."
