"The room was very clean and spacious. We checked in late and line to check in was very long, but the lady at the front desk treated every single person with kindness and the process flowed excellent"

"We usually try to find a Springhill Suite to stay at when we travel as we’ve always had a great experience. This was the only property we have not had a gods experience. When we got to our room the beds weren’t made after the last guests left and there were dirty dishes in the room. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. The continental breakfast only had eggs and what appeared to be boiled sausage patties."

"First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. "Rooms were clean, neat, sanitary. Hotel had nothing else to offer. No breakfast-only coffee but was told no creamer. Desk shuts down overnight. Only 1 disposable cup for taking my meds."
