"I didn’t understand why there were ear plugs on the table when I checked in. I learned at 2 am. The hotel is right next to a train line, and was woke up to blaring horns. Then was awoke at 4am, 6am and about every 2 hours for 3 days. Horrrible stay. I tried to check out after the first day but they had my card and was told I would be charged anyway."

"Clean, well maintained property tucked away in a quiet area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds were most comfortable. I used the treadmill in the gym. Enjoyed having the whole space to myself. Dining area was clean and breakfast had lots of good choices. The fresh coffee all day was great! Will definitely stay here again "

"There's only one ice machine in the entire building, and it wasn't working for my entire stay.The air conditioner was noisy, and a giant floodlight just outside my room meant the room was never fully dark, even with the curtains drawn. The staff person was less than friendly on the phone when I asked for an early check-in. Other staff people were nice, but this woman -- long black hair, big glasses, big eyelashes -- paid zero attention to people walking in and out. She was always looking down,...
