🛏️ The upper apartment accommodates 2 persons, and the lower apartment accommodates up to 4 persons — perfect for families or friends traveling together! 🤗

⚠️ For safety reasons, not recommended for young children, as the property has stairs and elevated balconies.

🏞️ Casa Alicia is located at one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio, so you will need to climb more than 100 steps to reach the property. As a reward, you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean and mountain views, along with beautiful sunsets every evening. If you enjoy staying active and getting a bit of exercise, this is the perfect place for you. Before booking, please make sure this feature is suitable for everyone in your group. 💚

🔹 Upstairs Apartment

🛏️ The upstairs apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed. From the bedroom, you reach the bathroom, which has a hot water shower 🚿.

🛋️ In the living room, there is a dining table and a small sofa. Both rooms have ceiling fans 🌬️, and the air conditioning is located in the living room ❄️.

🧊 Air Conditioning Notice
The upstairs apartment has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
The living room air conditioner has an automatic shut-off system from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., as it is located in a common area and we encourage responsible energy use.
The bedroom air conditioner operates normally throughout your stay.
🌿 If you leave the house, we kindly ask that you turn off the bedroom air conditioner. We understand that you may prefer to leave the living room air conditioner on so the apartment stays cooler while you're away, as the upstairs level can be a little warmer. However, we would greatly appreciate your help by turning off the bedroom air conditioner whenever you leave the property.

🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, a microwave, coffee maker ☕, blender, and toaster.

🌿 The upstairs apartment also has a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view, where you can relax in our lounge chairs and enjoy the scenery 🌅.

🧺 In the upstairs apartment, there is also a laundry area with a washing machine, which you may use as much as needed — always with care.

🔹 Downstairs Apartment

🛏️ The downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning ❄️ and ceiling fans 🌬️.

🚿 There is one bathroom with a hot water shower.

🛋️ In the living room, you will find a small sofa and a dining table 🍽️. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and a coffee maker ☕.

🌿 Outside, there is a terrace with a dining table — perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors! ☀️🍹

🚗 You will have your own parking spot, located right next to the stairs. Katherine will show you where it is upon arrival, and we kindly ask that you always park in that same spot, as the parking area is shared with other guests. Please make sure to park where the sign says Casa Alicia. 🅿️
Parking is free.

📦 In the house, you will find boxes with towels and blankets. Please do not use or open these items, as they are reserved for future guests 🙏.
We keep them stored this way because we don’t have a separate storage room at the moment.

🧺 Don’t worry — everything you need for your stay will be provided and ready for you. Our host Katherin will make sure you have everything necessary upon arrival 🌸.

❓If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to ask Katherin, and she will gladly help you.

💧 Important note:
Because Casa Alicia is located on a higher point, the property uses a water pump to maintain good water pressure throughout the house.
You may occasionally hear a small sound when the pump turns on — this is completely normal and helps ensure a steady water supply. 🚿💦

In Costa Rica, power or water outages may occasionally occur due to maintenance work or issues from the utility companies 💡🚰.
If you notice that the whole neighborhood is dark, it means it’s a general outage, not a problem with the house.
Please do not touch any switches or the breaker, as this is beyond our control and will be restored once the company fixes it.
