"Private access to the pool was sweet"

"家族6人で宿泊させていただきました。キッチンは広くてキッチンツールも揃っていて使いやすかったです。（食器用洗剤はありませんでした）お風呂場は2つあって浴槽タイプとシャワータイプでした。洗濯機は乾燥機もあり重宝しました。スタッフの方は感じが良くて話しやすかったです。母が誤ってグラスを割ってしまいましたが請求されることもなく怪我がないかどうか心配してくださいました。楽しい思い出を作ることができて感謝しています。 "

"The room was spacious and lovely set up with kitchenette washer and dryer, also a balcony which is a plus had all the features we love including Foxtel, no need for soap they have all the dispenser solutions available even lotion it smells amazing. I will be back "

"Lovely apartments clean and new in a nice location away from the hussle and bustle also a shout out to Alex at Reception was very nice and helpful and also assisted with getting a 11am checkout "

"Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "

"Loved the position of the hotel and the pool areas. Our room had a lovely outlook and was spacious but was a tad dated. Overall a great experience though and would definitely return. "

"Great location for both sides of the river. Walk to all cafes ,bars,pubs, restaurants and ferry."

"Absolutely beautiful pool and surrounding gardens. Swim up room sensational for families to relax and direct access ti the pool. Host Heather and her husband were so helpful and very informative with activities in the area also delightful to deal wirh. Definately will return."

"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."
