When we asked for a cab, they would either suggest we go find one ourselves on the street, or it would take 15 mins or more for them to get one for us."

"The hotel was very nice and in a great location. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Easy access for taxi pick up. A nice small coffee/breakfast/lunch spot, the Bru is within a two minute walk from the hotel. It was excellent."
